Role: Analyst

Location: Abu Dhabi

Role Purpose: To conduct and provide high quality research with the ultimate aim of assisting valued clients to make their business decisions based on the most current relevant and accurate market research.

Key Accountabilities of the role

• Contribute to the overall activities of the valuation and advisory department as required.
• Collect, consolidate, organize and analyze statistical information relating to real estate market, economic, demographic data for use in actionable items, reports and presentations.
• Provide competitive analysis on various companies, market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation.
• Perform valid and reliable market research including site analysis and SWOT analysis for major real estate developments in Abu Dhabi.
