Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Supervise digital and static media elements across MAF destinations.
Develop and present conceptual designs for new media elements.
Provide cost estimates, feasibility studies, and quotations.
Keep clients informed about campaign delivery progress.
Ensure digital content and artwork comply with local regulations and company policies.
Execute client campaigns according to agreements.
Coordinate with promotions, media, and mall operations teams for approvals and installations.
Generate monthly occupancy reports.
Identify, escalate, and resolve issues promptly, involving department head when necessary.
Discover potential revenue streams for the organization.
Track maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and purchase orders.
Conduct quarterly inventory checks in coordination with operations teams.
Update rate card in compliance with internal procedures.
