Job Description Mould Operator (SMS)

Position: Mould Operator Steel Melting Shop (SMS)

Location: Kalinganagar

Industry: Leading Steel Manufacturing Company

Annual CTC: 2.90 LPA (In-hand up to 18,000/month)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor mould equipment in SMS operations.
• Handle tundish platform and mould operations (Billet, Slab, Thin Slab).
• Perform machine shop activities and assist in preventive maintenance.
• Ensure safe and efficient mould operation during steel casting.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in mould handling.
• Coordinate with shift in-charge/production team for smooth operations.

• Knowledge of machine shop operations.
