Position Overview
- Detect and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in engines and vehicle components using diagnostic equipment and testing procedures.
- Dismantle, repair, and reassemble engines, transmissions, steering systems, braking systems, suspension systems, and other mechanical components.
- Perform scheduled servicing, maintenance, and tune-ups on motor vehicles.
- Replace defective or worn mechanical parts and components.
- Test and adjust repaired systems to ensure vehicles operate safely and efficiently.
- Carry out inspections and identify required repairs and maintenance.
- Use diagnostic tools and workshop equipment to assess vehicle performance and faults.
