VEHICLE CLAIMS ASSESSOR One of our international Automotive OEM Client is looking for a Claims Assessor to join their team based in Kariega, Eastern Cape. This position is based in the NSO Group Service Department - NSO (Kariega) . The role entails the below role requires adherence to OEM technical standards and a commitment to continuous improvement through the analysis and escalation of claim and repair anomalies. Duties & Responsibilities Assess and validate dealer Warranty and Maintenance Plan, claims in line with the Group brand standards. Ensure Dealer Network compliance with approved warranty policies, technical procedures, and labour time guidelines.
