Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service to all VAL customers.
- Responsible for developing robust customer relations (customers, insurance companies and surveyors) based on integrity and trust.
- Attend and negotiate with surveyors / insurance companies for optimum labour rates/charges.
- Responsible for issuing job sheets / repair orders and closing them.
- Responsible for the communication of information between customer and the workshop.
- Finalization function to be undertaken by CSAs.
- Ensure guidelines by the Company and GIA are adhered to accordingly.
- Undertake internal location jobs and fleet repairs.
- Report any fraudulent / misconduct in the premises to superior.
- Undertake any other tasks delegated by superior.
