We're looking for a Motion Designer to join OP Madrid / BARCELONA, creating high-quality motion content across a wide range of projects and clients. This role is central to bringing ideas to life through animation, motion graphics, and dynamic visual storytelling. Working closely with creative leads, producers, editors, and designers, you'll craft engaging content for digital, social, broadcast, experiential, and emerging formats. You will help develop concepts, storyboard ideas, create assets, animate sequences, and refine outputs to align with brand and project objectives. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone creative, detail‑oriented, and passionate about motion craft, with a strong technical understanding and a collaborative mindset.
