Overview of the Role

Promote Mortgage Services’ real estate loan products through direct contact with members, future members, real estate brokers, builders, and others. Originate loan applications from internal and external sources.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
+ Meet the Credit Union's and Mortgage Services’ standards for consistent quality customer service
+ Review pre-approval applications and issue pre-approval certificates to qualified candidates
+ Actively participate in area community lending activities by attending meetings and seminars and by soliciting applications for loan programs designed for those members
+ Monitor activity through the pipeline process and respond to requests for information and applications in a timely manner
