Job Description:

+ To provide operational support to Mortgage Closers in order to expedite the funding process.

+ Assist in the closing of mortgage loans, completing the funding process for closing transactions and ensuring loans are reviewed to minimize the risk of post-settlement errors.

+ Responsible for accurately disbursing funds in accordance to lender closing instructions and signed closing statement.
