The Mortgage Customer Service Representative handles inbound calls related to mortgage accounts, assisting borrowers, insurance partners, and financial institutions with loan servicing inquiries, escrow, payments, and account details. The role requires multitasking across systems, accurate documentation, and professional problem‑solving to meet service standards.
What You’ll Do
+ Handle approximately 35–45 inbound calls daily, averaging 11–14 minutes per call
+ Respond to mortgage servicing inquiries including payments, escrow, and account details
+ Assist borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions with account status and documentation questions
+ Navigate multiple systems to research and accurately document each call
+ Deliver prompt, professional, and accurate service to meet internal and external standards
