Mortgage & Equity Release Adviser

Location Home Based – Highly desired to be based in London / Home Counties

Residential / Equity Release / Lifetime Mortgages / Whole of Market

Our client is an established, award winning mortgage brokerage looking for a qualified Mortgage Broker who is equally confident guiding a first-time buyer through their residential purchase and helping a later life client release equity from the home they've spent decades building. You will need to hold your residential (CeMAP or equivalent) and equity release qualifications (CeRER or equivalent) and have proven experience of advising on Lifetime Mortgages.

This is a home based, self-employed role, offering a fantastic lead source and uncapped earning potential. A drawdown is available for 3-6 months whilst pipeline is building. It’s a fantastic opportunity to build a business in a business.
