This position is for a vibrant, energetic, and experienced Restaurant Outlet Manager who will be responsible for jointly managing our busy fine dining restaurant and ensuring that every guest receives personalised attention every time.
While delighting our guests with trendsetting and innovative products and outstanding service experiences, you will achieve operational profitability by driving sales targets and managing costs. Part of your role will be contributing to the planning of food and beverage menu offerings and promotions as well as setting and maintaining food and beverage service standards.
