- Jointly manage a busy fine dining restaurant and ensure every guest receives personalised attention.
- Delight guests with trendsetting and innovative products and outstanding service experiences while driving operational profitability by meeting sales targets and managing costs.
- Plan and contribute to food and beverage menu offerings and promotions; set and maintain service standards.
- Conduct regular guest service, menu, sales, and standards training; lead teams; promote teamwork and staff engagement and retention.
