Caring! Follow all licensing guidelines, school, and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Engaging! Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families. Learning! Complete ongoing professional development on Montessori pedagogy and early childhood development topics. Inspiring! Implement the Montessori curriculum (with assistance of the Director, a School Education Manager, Team Lead, or faculty mentor) and facilitate engaging interactive learning experiences.
