Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Montessori Directress located in the Karachi Division. The directress will manage and deliver Montessori-based education, create a nurturing learning environment, develop and implement curriculum plans, and monitor children's individual progress. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, leading educational activities, conducting training sessions, and maintaining a supportive and engaging classroom atmosphere.
