Role Summary
The Field Service Technician coordinates / attends troubleshooting and repairs of all valve-actuator-positioner products for customers in industries such as oil and gas, chemical, Power, nuclear, coal, mining and water/wastewater industries. The job involves coordination with Commercial Team, Major manufacturing plants, Engineering / Quality departments, QRCs and CSCs in the respective region.

Responsible for training the Field service technicians (at CSCs), create a pool of resources that are available to customers outside of their region, in case of demand.

Scope of work includes TAR tracking through FlowForce, planning, site walks, inventory assessment, identifying bad actors, Automation services, related retrofit/ changeout/ upgrade / re-instrumentation, monitoring opportunities in addition to participate in TAR activities either onsite or at one of the QRCs, as required
