Position: Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer-THRIVE 2030
Reports to: Project Coordinator
Location: Kampala - National Office
KEY RESULT AREAS:
Set up and Support THRIVE 2030 Project Monitoring
Establish a robust MEAL system for the project by having a clear MEAL framework and a performance monitoring plan for all project indicatorsDevelop and administer performance-monitoring tools to track program indicators in line with the Project/Programme implementation plansProvide detailed, user-friendly guidance and protocols for how data is inputted, stored, and processed into the national M&E system and partnership iMPAQ System.Effectively roll out and develop strong accountability mechanisms at the AP and cluster level for the THRIVE 2030 Project.Project MonitoringCollect and process data on project activities as specified in the detailed program...
