Your new roleYou’ll join a busy social housing team providing specialist money, benefits and welfare advice to residents who need support navigating financial pressures, ie maximisation andplex welfare entitlements.
Experience in a smiliar role is essential to be considered for this vacancy.
Your work will include:
Ie maximisation — reviewing household ie, identifying gaps,pleting benefit checksWelfare advice — supporting claims, appeals, mandatory reconsiderations and form‑fillingBudgeting support — helping residents stabilise finances and manage arrearsMulti‑agency liaison — working with internal teams, DWP, local authorities and support partnersCase management — maintaining accurate records, tracking oues and ensuringplianceThis is a 28‑hour‑per‑week role on a 3‑month temporary contract, working hybrid with 2 days per week in the office.
