CRM Optimization and Process Development
- Partner with Sales teams and CRM teams to develop optimized CRM-related business processes
- Stay up-to-date with new CRM products and feature launches and ensure Sales teams are aligned
- Lead processes standardization projects independently across APAC and METAP markets and implement best practices and industry standards to optimize workflows Sales Enablement
