**Job Title: Molding Set up Technician**

**Location:** Bloomfield, IA
**Position Type:** Full-Time, Rotating Shifts (12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays)
**Salary:** $22.96/hour + Shift Premium

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Set up and remove molds to produce quality parts.
+ Troubleshoot the molding process to resolve issues effectively.
+ Perform repairs, address oil and water leaks, and complete required documentation.
+ Execute material changes and measure parts accurately.
+ Provide break coverage for Molding Operators as needed.

**Requirements:**

+ Must pass all MOBI requirements/physicals (for forklifts and cranes) if not currently enrolled in the MOBI program.
+ Ability to operate assistive equipment such as forklifts, overhead hoists, and robotic arms.
+ Comfortable using QC measuring instruments and hand tools (knives, cutters, wrenches, etc.).
