Position Overview
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead daily molding production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.Develop and optimize molding processes for precision connector components.Troubleshoot molding and tooling issues including flash, short shot, gas marks, warpage, blistering, and dimensional variation.Drive cycle time reduction, yield improvement, scrap reduction, and machine efficiency.Work closely with tooling teams on mold design improvement, maintenance, qualification, and yield enhancement.Support new product introduction, mold trials, process validation, and production ramp-up.Lead continuous improvement initiatives in molding processes, automation, and operational efficiency.Manage and develop molding engineers, technicians, supervisors, and production teams.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.LCP,PA9T,PA10T,PPS
