Responsibilities
Handling overall Control of Mold Fabrication Processes such as CAD / CAM, CNC, EDM, Wire Cut, Design, Milling, Grinding, Polishing, Fitting, Assembly, and reporting to the Department ManagerSetting and Achieve Department KPI and Employees’ KPI.Monitoring and Achieve Production Target & Sale Target.Handling production meetings & follow up on production progress.Proposing action to improve Quality System.Improving the Product Quality and Achieve Quality Target.Communicating and solving the problem about quality issues to concern persons.Managing all subordinates to perform quality standards.Communicating with customers for order/sales/...
