Job Summary


The Modifications Senior Sales Manager is responsible for business development through coordination and oversight of sales for Avionics and Interiors services. In addition, the Modifications Senior Sales Manager will develop a sales plan targeting new customers and upselling to current customers, and source to identify new prospects via Jetnet, Salesforce.com, and leads through other avenues.

Duties & Responsibilities

+ Sell avionics and cabin electronics modifications, upgrades, and mandated equipment installations in addition to interior modifications and refurbishments to Business Jet and Turboprop aircraft operators

+ Manage, develop, and mentor the Avionics and Interiors sales team, including sales managers and quoters, to drive sales growth and performance.

+ Forecast Avionics and Interiors sales, and ensure sufficient opportunities exist in the sales funnel to meet quota expectations
