Responsibilities
- Secure modernisation opportunities through existing relationships with direct clients, lift consultants and on‑portfolio clients, and convert these opportunities into orders processed through internal booking to handover to operations.
- Identify and develop new customers through close networking and a proactive customer visit plan.
- Acquire the internal safety accreditation required to conduct site surveys for modernisation and full replacements safely and with minimal risk.
- Plan sales activity and strategy with the Modernisation Sales Director, covering workload planning and customer analysis.
