Role Overview and Purpose

A Modern Workplace Specialist at Voyage Care is a hands‑on technical professional, responsible for participating in designing, implementing, and supporting Modern Workplace technologies across the organisation. This role will assist in driving the digital transformation journey, enabling productivity, collaboration, and secure communication for Voyage Care’s workforce. The specialist will serve as a subject‑matter expert and trusted advisor, promoting best practices for cloud adoption, security, change management, and employee engagement through innovative use of Microsoft 365 platforms and related tools.
