POST: MODERATOR FOR BREAD AND CONFECTIONERY – (RE-ADVERTISEMENT)

Remuneration: Market related rate as prescribed by ETQA.

Requirements

• Subject matter experts (Diploma in Bread and confectionery/baking) or equivalent qualification.
• A registration as a moderator with FOOD & BEVERAGES SETA.
• Understanding of moderation policy/guides.

Duties

• Meet with assessor prior moderation to discuss moderation plan.
• Moderate all available files as per skill programme.
• Give feedback to assessor.
• Develop moderation report and submit it to the Quality Assuring Body for verification.
• Meet with evaluators/verifiers from Quality Assuring Body during the evaluation process of the files.
