**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Modeling & Simulation** **Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling (AFSIM) Specialist** to join our team in **Arlington, VA** .

This is a full-time, onsite position at Secretary of the Air Force, Studies and Analysis (SAF/SA) at the Pentagon. The qualified candidate augments and assists the military and civilian staff in performing Modeling & Simulation and Analysis functions using AFSIM to support senior Air Force decision makers.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Conduct and participate in short notice as well as long-term analytical studies and assessments using a variety of tools and techniques to include qualitative, spreadsheet, and computer simulation-based analyses.
+ Leading and assisting in the development of analysis plans for trade-off studies of Air Force combat aircraft and weapon requirements, modernization, and new acquisitions. Typi...
