Key Responsibilities Operate and help maintain an MOCVD system for the epitaxial growth of semiconductor wafers.
Inspect and characterize wafers using microscopes and other diagnostic tools.
Record data and analyze the results.
Handle chemicals and other hazardous materials used in the system.
Document operational procedures and protocols; assist with continual improvement.
Support other manufacturing personnel and interact with other departments.
