Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot to root cause of failure
Participate in shift pass down activities with incoming and outgoing shifts.
Work with Process and Equipment engineering and other cross functional groups to resolve maintenance issues, improve equipment reliability, review procedures, and minimize equipment downtime.
Support continuous improvement activities for throughput and yield enhancements.
Participate in spare part analysis and inventory development.
Assist in equipment upgrades and the installation and startup of new equipment.
Member of the Lumentum MERTeam.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by maintenance supervisor.
Minimum Requirements:
Aixtron G3, G4, G5, G10 experience
Minimum Diploma, GED or equivalent.
Ability to meet the ERT Member eligibility requirements
