Oversight and decision making of the maintenance daily Operations.

Manage all the technical aspects related to the daily operations; Responsible to create and monitor the Fleet performance, making sure that the Fleet remains safe and airworthy at any time; Oversight the Maintenance Operation Control (MOC) activity in order to minimize disruption; Ensure decisions are made in a safe manner and in line with the Regulatory requirements; Manage and assure development of his dedicated MOC Engineers in line with the defined and agreed Key Performance Indicators; Provide oversight of the investigation and resolution of recurring defects with input from support departments including Reliability and Technical Services; Assure effective communication with the technical support staff, AMO, MRO,...
