Job Title: Mobility Program Coordinator

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30a-5pm

Responsibilities


+ Assist with recruiting families and owners to participate in the Mobility Counseling program.

+ Brief interested families and potential owners on the requirements and goals of the program.

+ Provide pre-counseling and apartment search assistance to help families move into opportunity areas.

+ Process moves, recertifications, interims, ports, rent increases, and update databases accordingly.

+ Prepare files for review and scanning.

+ Assist tenants in developing Personalized Action Plans (PAP) and make referrals based on needs.

+ Monitor tenant’s PAP for goal completion and update Share Point.

+ Follow up with tenants at scheduled intervals after initial move, including home visits at 30 and 120 days, ...
