Salary: GBP60000 - GBP70000 per annum + Bonus

We are working with a growing residential real estate platform operating within the Build-to-Rent and Single Family Rental sector that is looking to appoint a Mobilisation Manager to support the operational onboarding of newly acquired homes into their portfolio.

This is a key role responsible for leading the mobilisation of residential assets, ensuring properties transition smoothly from development or acquisition into fully operational homes.

The role will work cross-functionally with teams including lettings, property management, finance, legal, IT and development , while also overseeing the management of property data, documentation and internal systems.
