As a Site Reliability Engineer within the End User Computing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security, stability, and performance of both corporate and Bring Your Own (BYO) mobile devices. You will support a diverse device ecosystem, including corporate-managed Apple devices (iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks) as well as BYO Apple and Android phones and tablets. Acting as a senior escalation point, you will manage complex incidents, enhance platform stability through observability, and continuously improve operational processes.
