CBW are currently looking for an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to cover in the region of circa 10-20 commercial buildings located in Central London maintaining all Landlord services. The successful candidates will be mechanically or electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. 

This is Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical & mechanical maintenance across commercial offices and high end residential properties...
