Job Description We are looking for an engineer who can carry out fault finding, repairs, maintenance and installation activities, while proactively supporting client relationships and ensuring all works are completed safely, compliantly and to agreed performance standards. Key Responsibilities Deliver electrical planned preventative maintenance (PPM), proactive and reactive works issued via the helpdesk within agreed timeframes. Undertake electrical fault finding, repairs, maintenance and installation across client properties. Carry out additional building services maintenance, including fabric, HVAC, mechanical and related tasks. Participate in the callout rota, providing responsive support as required by the client. Monitor and control contractors on site, ensuring workmanship meets required standards and issuing Permits to Work.
