Roles & Responsibilities SALT is hiring Mobile Development Support Engineer for a Social Media client on a 6-month & renewable contract role. This role will focus on technical troubleshooting for top Greater China App Publishers through multiple channels and assist Account Managers on customer technical inquiries.
What you'll do: Build expertise around mobile app ad monetization products and implementations (Android, iOS, Unity) Troubleshoot technical issues from App Developers Assist Sales Team on Product and Technical related questions What you'll bring: 3+ years' experience Mobile Development Skills (iOS/Android/Unity) 3+ years' experience of Technical Troubleshooting Experience Ability to collaborate with engineers and translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences (and vice versa). Mandarin proficiency is essential for the role as the engineer would be supporting Greater China customers and publishers.
