Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to support operations across the Southampton, Bracknell, and Bristol areas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to step into a dynamic, field-based supervisory role with the potential to become permanent and grow with the business as coverage expands.

Location: Southampton, Bracknell & Bristol (travel required)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
Hours: 40 hours per week (flexibility required to meet business needs)
Salary & Pay
Equivalent salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
Hourly rate: £14.42 – £16.82

Role Overview
This is a varied role combining on-site supervision with remote administrative responsibilities. You will spend approximately 3 days on the road supporting teams across multiple locations and 2 days working from home focusing on reporting, planning, and compliance.
