We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Supervisor to support the growth of our self‑delivery Air Conditioning division across Cambridgeshire and the surrounding counties. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong leader to take ownership of safe, compliant and high‑quality service delivery while helping to develop and expand our in‑house capability.
The role combines hands‑on technical support with operational leadership, team development, client engagement and support for business growth. You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, quoted works and small projects, while supporting technicians with complex fault finding, compliance and quality assurance.
