Job Description
We are looking for a technician to provide air conditioning, refrigeration and building maintenance services, including fault finding, repairs, planned maintenance and installations.
The role is responsible for completing proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within agreed timeframes, ensuring customer expectations are exceeded at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver AC, electrical and HVAC bias PPM, proactive and reactive maintenance works within set SLA timeframes Inspect, repair and modify air conditioning compressors, chillers, electrical components and control systems Carry out regular preventative maintenance inspections and complete required adjustments or repairs Diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant, including basic electrical fault finding Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, controls, valves, fil...
