• Overseeing the entire operations of the factory including production and maintenance
• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations
• Ensuring worker safety and the adherence to safety protocols
• Monitoring equipment and scheduling maintenance and repairs

• Technical qualification

Skills

• Knowledge of HVAC systems will be advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managerial role
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing/production
• Drafting experience will be advantageous
