Modelling and valuation: build and update valuation models and business plans for corporate finance and transactions (including DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, etc).Preparation of marketing documentsPreparation of client presentations, pitch books, information memorandums and data roomsInternet and database research on various sectors and prospectsPreparation of financial analysis and business planningWhat are we looking for?
