**Job Title: Mixing Machine Operator 1st & 2nd Shift**

**Job Description**

The Mixing Machine will run and monitor a variety of mixing machines maintaining optimal speed and quality, and performing housekeeping and sanitation tasks in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The Operator will typically be responsible for following recipes and batch details, ensuring proper texture, color, and weight.

**Pay: $21 - $23/hr - Direct Hire**

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up mixing and blending machines for large batches.
+ Operate various food production equpment.
+ Monitor equipment performance, including speed and product quality, and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency and minimize downtime.
