Mixed Rice Stall Cook - NA (ID: 7758) Industry Food & Beverage/Catering/Restaurant Specialization Food/Beverage/Restaurant Position Level Senior Working Hours Mon to Fri 7am to 4pm, Sat 7am to 12pm Responsibilities * Prepare and cook a variety of dishes (vegetables, meat, seafood, etc.) for mixed rice offerings daily.
* Plan daily menus and ensure sufficient quantity for peak periods.
* Ensure food quality, taste, and hygiene meet company standards.
* Handle food preparation, marination, and portioning.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work area.
* Manage food inventory, including ordering and storage.
* Coordinate with assistant(s) or helper(s) on stall setup and operations. Requirements * Minimum 2 years of cooking experience, preferably in economic rice or mixed rice stalls.
* Skilled in preparing Chinese-style stir-fry and home-cooked dishes.
* Able to work independently and handle early morning shifts.
