4 Loss Prevention Team Members

These roles make up 3 FTE in total and include 2 full-time and 2 part-time positions, working between 20-40 hours per week across 3 to 5 days, including one weekend day.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll help reduce shrink across the store by identifying, deterring, and reporting risks, including theft, process gaps, and compliance breaches. You’ll support the safety of customers and team members through monitoring, reporting, auditing, and promoting strong loss prevention practices across the store.
