Reporting to the Office Manager, your role as a Documentation Clerk will entail managing visitor traffic, answering phone calls, and performing clerical tasks. You will be responsible for record maintenance, invoice support, and monitoring resident safety at the front door. This position ensures compliance with quality assurance and infection control policies.
