St Francis Church, Strood is entering an exciting new season of mission and growth, and we are seeking to appoint a Missional Leader – Youth & Young Adults to help lead, shape and develop our ministry among young people and young adults.

Following a period of church revitalisation, this part-time role is focused on the spiritual and strategic leadership of youth and young adult ministry. The postholder will help build clear discipleship pathways, develop emerging leaders, strengthen schools and community partnerships, and support the continued growth of ministry among the next generation.

This role is part of a shared delivery model. The Missional Leader will provide leadership and oversight, while working alongside a Youth & Young Adults Worker who will focus on practical, front-line ministry delivery.
