Lab Test Engineer in the field of Communication Systems within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe. Join TADVA3 as part of the Flight & Integration Test Centre.

Role Summary

Focus on IV&V activities to demonstrate system performance, providing evidence needed for subsequent testing and clearance processes.

Testing performed at various levels: virtual environments, laboratory subsystem and global system integration rigs, with support for on‑aircraft ground & flight testing.

Primary focus on the Eurodrone program while supporting other Spanish Airbus Defence and Space programs (Eurofighter, A400M, etc.).

Systems Under Test

• MCOMS: Mission Communication Systems (e.g., Tactical Radios V/UHF, WB LOS Mission C band, SDR, UAV primary/secondary data links, intra‑flight data links)
• TCOMS: Tactical Communication Systems (e.g., Radios Link 16, Link 22, VMF)
