Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage reporting for INT — analyzing team activities, operational data, and forecasting Regularly revisit the efficacy of existing reports and modify/improve their usability Highlight trends and provides recommendations Provides analysis against agreed service levels and pitches ideas for further improvement Identify, distinguish and analyze multiple components of a problem, and then make recommendations for business change Synthesize findings from analysis and make verbal/written recommendations to upper management Manage the global billing process from file generation to creation of billing files for APS upload Run the monthly P2P process in a timely and accurate manner Required Skills/Abilities:
