Sydney Anglicans in Christchurch is seeking a full-time Assistant Minister / Ministry Director to join their Senior Staff team. You will lead two ministry areas, guiding the church community through inspiration and development.

The role involves equipping team leaders for effective ministry and fostering new member integration. The position supports the ongoing spiritual development of church members, ensuring the church remains a loving and growing community.
