Manage projects to help develop customer requirements and develop customer processes to work efficiently with the systems.
Monitor the data accuracy and integrity in the MineStar and Caterpillar systems.
Maintain a pro‑active approach to all aspects of operational and personal safety.
Adhere and follow all the Mine Operator and Finning HSE policies and procedures.
Actively work with the Operations/Maintenance Teams to ensure Safety Procedures are up to date, relevant, and practical for the MineStar and Caterpillar technology products.
Interact with Implementation Project Managers, Technology Sales individuals, and technology technicians to help define and implement MineStar and Caterpillar technology systems.
Support the site Technology Product Specialists and Autonomous Truck Engineers as required.
